Your Home Assessment will include:

Initial Screen (phone consult) - approximately 15-30 minutes
Evaluation of concerns and safety goals (in client home) - approximately 30 minutes
Assessment of abilities and safety in the home (in client home) - approximately 30 minutes - 2 hours
Verbal Summary of Findings (in client home) - approximately 15-30 minutes
Written Recommendations
Follow-up within 3 months (virtual) - approximately 15-30 minutes
